Akademy Hub Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Akademy Hub app and the client hub at hub.teamakademy.com. Both are run by Akademy of Entrepreneurs - Marketing Agency, LLC ("we", "us"), Mesa, Arizona.

Who can use it

Akademy Hub is for businesses we work with. We set up each account. You can't create an account inside the app.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, email address, and your password (stored only as a secure hash), or your Google sign-in if you use it.
• Your business data: the leads, customers, bookings, messages and notes you or your website forms add to the hub. This can include your customers' names, emails and phone numbers.
• Basic technical data: a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and server logs (like IP address and time) used for security.

We don't use the app to collect your location, contacts from your phone, photos, or ad IDs. We don't show ads.

How we use it

Only to run the hub for your business: show your leads and bookings, send the texts and emails you ask it to send, keep your account secure, and give you support.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We only share it with service providers that host the hub, store its data, and deliver the emails and texts you send. They may only use it to provide that service. We may also share data if the law requires it.

Security

All data travels over encrypted HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Access to your business data is limited to your account and the people at our company who support it.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and its data, email contact@teamakademy.com from your account email. We'll delete it within 30 days, except anything the law says we must keep.

Children

Akademy Hub is a business tool. It isn't meant for anyone under 18.
